I am available for private lessons throughout the year on flute and piano. Special opportunities for clinics and group study are also available.

In-home lessons on flute and piano are available on a limited basis. I also teach online. Please inquire.
Lessons at St. John's
I am currently teaching flute and piano to those enrolled in the Extended School Program at St. John's Lutheran School in Corcoran, MN.
Lessons in a clinic setting
Clinics are available to band and orchestra directors who'd like to give their flute sections an opportunity to receive specialized instruction.
I can tailor a clinic to fit your needs whether you'd like a certain flute topic addressed or perhaps some sectional work to get ready for a concert.
Lessons in a studio setting
I currently do not offer in-studio lessons.
My teaching philosophy
I love helping others discover and nurture a lifelong joy of music. I believe that everyone is musical, and that challenging yourself through music has many benefits.
Perhaps you'll end up performing for an audience in a recital hall, or just for your own enjoyment or relaxation in your living room. Either way, music is something that you'll have for life.
It's good for your brain, it's a great outlet for expression — It's just plain wonderful!
